Etretinate therapy reduces polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemotaxis—enhancing properties of psoriatic serum

Using a Boyden chamber technic, we measured the directed chemotaxis of polymorphonuclear leukocytes obtained from control subjects or psoriasis patients when the leukocytes were placed in sera obtained from control subjects or psoriasis patients.
