Determinazione di 6 pesticidi nelle bucce di agrumi

2001
An easy and rapid screen method for identification and quantitative determination of 6 organophosphorus pesticides in fresh citrus peel fruits is described. The organophosphorus pesticides were measured in the essential oil extracted from citrus fruit peels by hexane solvent. The citrus samples were: orange, bergamot, citron, lemon, clementine, mandarin and grapefruit. We have identified and quantified the dimethoate, diazinon, methyl parathion, azinphos methyl, quinalphos and methidathion pesticides. The extracted pesticides were analysed by GC/MS, Fisons, MD 800 instrument. Average results of pesticide recovery tests are to 95.8 ± 3.8 % for orange, bergamot, clementine, lemon, mandarin and 85.8 = 4.8 % for citron and grapefruit, respectively.
