Frequency determining method and device

The present invention relates to the mobile communication field and particularly relates to a frequency determining technology in the wireless communication field. The frequency determining method comprises: determining, by a base station, according to different modes, a frequency, and enabling a distance between the frequency and a raster of a channel to be no less than a certain threshold, and determining corresponding frequencies by setting different thresholds. The technical solution provided by the present invention enables a user equipment to determine a corresponding frequency resource to communicate with the base station under different modes.
