Relations on FSH β Subunit Gene Polymorphism and Breeding Performance of Animals

Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) is one of important pituitary hormone,by which regulating animal breeding activities.A large number of research results show that it is a significant relation between FSHβ subunit gene polymorphism and animal breeding performance,with the focus on porcine reproductive traits of molecular marker-related research,the study found that FSHβ subunit gene on the pig litter size have a significant impact.As a result,research mutation of FSHβ subunit gene function domain on its albumen function,and mammal breeding performance effect,in order to increase productive level,it has important theory and practice significance.
