Modeling of the Stress-Strain State of Railway Wheel and Rail in Contact

This article lists the methods implemented in ANSYS Mechanical, which solves contact problems in mechanics. The results of an example of an analysis of the stress-strain state of contact between the wheel and the rail of a railway transport with the geometry maximally close to reality with static lifting using the ANSYS Mechanical program are presented.
