Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome as the presenting sign of HIV-related PML

In patients with oromandibular palsy, examine both voluntary and automatic movements and consider Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome, even in the absence of bilateral opercular lesions on MRI.
