The method comprises the steps that a client user registers a plurality of accounts and is related to the accounts, IP or MAC addresses through which the client user registers and logs into a server charging operation platform are obtained and compared; the client user sends a charging request and inputs charging funds; the server charging operation platform obtains the charging request sent by the client user, and recorded information of bank accounts of the server charging operation platform is doubly checked; the charging funds input by the client user are converted into virtual coins, the virtual coins are charged into the registered accounts of the client user in the server charging operation platform, and charging recording information is output; a client user invoice issuing information request is obtained, and corresponding bill service processing is carried out. According to the virtual coin charging method, the user charging login safety is ensured, and the user can conduct money amount dispatching governing among a plurality of charging accounts or income accounts.
