The invention relates to a long-acting special fertilizer for dry lands in southern areas of Ningxia, which is characterized in that the long-acting special fertilizer is prepared by mixing, composting, thoroughly decomposing and then granulating a nitrogenous fertilizer, a phosphate fertilizer, a potash fertilizer and microelements with fowl dung and/or furfural residues; the obtained special fertilizer has the following effective fertilizer effects: 15 to 20 percent of nitrogen, 15 percent of phosphorus pentoxide, 5 percent of potassium oxide, 2 percent of zinc sulfate, 1 percent of boric acid, and 40 percent of total nutrient content, wherein the fowl dung and the furfural residues account for 15 to 32 percent of the total weight of the fertilizer and are mixed according to a ratio of 1:3. The long-acting special fertilizer is added with poly-aspartic acid and medium-microelements on the basis of pure urea, thereby not only satisfying the physiological needs of a large amount of nutrient elements of nitrogen, phosphonium, potassium and the like for dry land crops, but also supplementing the medium-microelements necessary for the growth development of the dry land crops to promote the balanced growth of the crops. The long-acting special fertilizer has the advantages of fertilizer supplementation, disease resistance, anti-retroviral capability, no volatilization and drain of nutrient through long-acting slow-release, and high utilization rate, can improve the crop yield, improve the quality and has good effect of increasing the yield, and is widely suitable for the crops of dry land wheat, corn, potato, sunflower and the like.
