Key technologies of nuclear accident consequence assessment system based on OpenGIS

As a widely used component of the current open source geographic information platform, DotSpatial has good compatibility and scalability in terms of data display. Based on the design of the nuclear power plant accident consequence assessment system, this paper presents three key technology methods commonly used in the development of DotSpatial components, including spatial data layer loading, vector data display, rectangular coordinate transformation, and polar coordinate transformation. Those above could be used for data display and spatial analysis of the nuclear power plant accident consequence assessment system. Meanwhile, the key technologies given in this paper can also be directly applied to other systems that require support from geographic information platform and have good universality.
