PENAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM: EXPERIENCE OF UKRAINE

The authors analyzed the legislation of Ukraine in combating the financing of terrorist activities in Ukraine. The attention focused on the problem of anti-terrorism legislation of Ukraine in this area, and proposed solutions.
