The present invention describes a recliner adjuster and concerns the technological field of mechanics. This device comprises a lock cam, a release cam whose thickness is less than the locking cam, a ratchet gear, a crank and a return spring connected to a central shaft. The locking cam is connected to the unlocking cam. Sliding elements are connected to the unlocking cam and sliding grooves. A jacket is connected to the ratchet gear and the slide. The return spring is connected to the slide. The thickness of the locking cam and the releasing cam can be defined respectively as a function of the stress applied on them. As the locking cam and the releasing cam are separately produced, a mold structure is simplified and a lifetime of the mold is significantly increased. The locking cam and the unlocking cam can be manufactured by punching, resulting in improved production efficiency. In addition, a shirt-type configuration is adopted in the device, making its simple overall structure, flexible installation and also provides servicing the device.
