User data synchronizing method and device

The invention discloses a user data synchronizing method and device. The method comprises the steps that a data synchronizing request message sent by a user terminal is received by a server, wherein the message carries the data version vector of local user data of the user terminal; the server obtains the data version vector of corresponding user data of a user terminal locally stored, the data version vector of the corresponding user data of the user terminal locally stored in the server is compared with the data version vector sent by the user terminal, if the data version vector of the corresponding user data of the user terminal locally stored in the server is larger than the data version vector sent by the user terminal, revision logs of the user data are obtained according to the difference value of the two vectors; the server combines the obtained revision logs and returns a data synchronizing response message to the user terminal, wherein the data synchronizing response message carries the combined revision logs. By means of the user data synchronizing method and device, the user data synchronizing transmission flow is saved, resources consumed when the user terminals revise the logs are reduced and the resource utilization rate of the user terminals is increased.
