금융 산업 활성화에 따른 비즈니스 모델 변화

This research attempts to provide theoretical base that helps to develop financial service industry’s a new Fin-tech business model by investigating the current status of Fin-tech corporations and their business model. On the business model approach, this research proposes categorization framework for the financial services industry. The value creation(the subject), functional disassembling and reassembling are proposed in this research to analyze the business model of financial services companies. The concept can be found in the process of value creation and multi-dimensional framework with two axes of network sides. The concepts of the framework is presented and verified by applying the components to the real business practices in local.
