Aluminum-copper-lithium alloy having improved impact strength

Extruded product consisting of a aluminum-based alloy containing 4.2 wt .-% Cu to 4.8, 0.9 to 1.1 wt .-% Li, 0.15 to 0.25 wt .-% Ag, 0.2 to 0.6 wt .-% Mg, 0.07 to 0.15 wt .-% Zr, 0.2 to 0.6 wt .-% Mn, 0.01 to 0.15 wt .-% of Ti, Zn in an amount of less than 0.2 wt .-%, Fe and Si in each case in an amount of 0.1 wt .-% or less, and inevitable impurities in a content of not more than 0.05 wt .-% respectively and a total of 0.15 wt .-%.
