Geographical Concentration of Specialized Transaction,Regional Market Integration and Hierarchy of Inland Cities in Zhejiang Province——Analysis of Spatial Effect on"Yiwu Business Circle"

Based on the aggregate transaction cost savings due to the geographical concentration of specialized transactions,Yiwu markets not only brought about the surrounding clusters,and thus raised the concentration degree of Yiwu City;Furthermore,it leads to regional market integration and hierarchy of circles among inland cities in Zhejiang province.In accordance with the new classical model about hierarchical network of cities,this paper analyzes the micro-mechanism of hierarchy,and proposes a way to get similar advantages of coastal cities.
