Tunable Picosecond Transient Grating Method To Determine The Diffusion Constants Of Excitons And Excitonic Molecules

We made a first success to observed a diffusion constant of excitonic molecules in CuCl by a tunable picosecond transient grating method. This method is proved to be a powerful method to examine the spatial diffusion of uncharged particles like excitons and excitonic molecules in solid states.© (1981) COPYRIGHT SPIE--The International Society for Optical Engineering.
