In this last chapter, we will comment the aspects of the melanoma in the elderly, insisting in staging of melanomas according to 2010 AJCC classification. Posteriorly we will study the follicular carci- nomas such as pilomatrix carcinoma and malignant tumors from the outer root hair; Merkel cell carcino- mas and the four types of sarcomas: dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, angiosarcoma and Kaposi sarcomas such as endemic or classic as the epidemic or in immunosupressed.
