Recycled-concrete cross steel-pipe special-shaped column pier

2014
The invention discloses a recycled-concrete cross steel-pipe special-shaped column pier which is formed by welding of a round steel pipe and four U-shaped steel channels. The round pipe serves as the center of a cross-section pier body, and the U-shaped steel channels are symmetrically distributed on the periphery of the round steel pipe to serve as four legs of the cross-section pier body. Recycled aggregate concrete is poured into the round steel pipe, and common aggregate concrete is poured in the U-shaped steel channels. The defect that recycled concrete is relatively poor in durability is overcome, mechanical property is improved, and doubt of people about recycled concrete performance is reduced. Besides, utilization of the recycled concrete is a waste recycling process as well, local materials are used, and transportation cost of materials is reduced. Meanwhile, since a wrapping steel plate and the round steel pipe can serve as formworks, formwork engineering is omitted during construction. The recycled-concrete cross steel-pipe special-shaped column pier has the above outstanding advantages, is applicable to regions high in seismic intensity and difficult for building material transportation, and is also applicable to urban bridge engineering with requirements on construction time, construction influence and curve paths.
