Метод лечения гнойных ран средней и боковой зон лицевого черепа с применением управляемой дерматензии

The investigation was aimed at improvement of treatment of subjects with visceral cranium purulent wounds and decrease in the number of complications. Analysis of treatment of 98 patients with purulent wounds using traction-adaptive apparatus was carried out. The method includes closing of operative wound edges with application of controlled dermaten-sia. Traction-adaptive apparatus consists of mobile frame made out of metal spokes drawn together by ligatures. Frames are fixed to skin within healthy tissues by interrupted suture. Tension of ligatures permits to approximate edges of the wound closely, or close them partially, or leave the required angle of the wound open or open it completely. The given device can be used with any length of the wound; the form of required plane can be given to it. Benefits of the method have been confirmed.
