Application of catheter directed thrombolysis in inferior vena cava filter thrombus

Objective To study the effect of catheter contact thrombolysis in patients with local thrombosis of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) filter of lower extremity. Methods The clinical data of 17 cases of retrievable filter combined with thrombosis in the Fifth Affilicated Hospital of Zhengzhou Univevsity from February 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, the thrombolytic effect and the removal rate of the filter were analyzed. Results The thrombolytic time of 17 cases of retrievable filter combined with thrombosis was (4.38±1.40) d, the dosage of urokinase was (2.28±0.69) million unit, the removal rate of the filter was 88.2%, no long-term recurrent pulmonary embolism occurred after the filter was removed. Conclusions In the treatment of thrombus formation of inferior vena cava, catheter contact thrombolysis is effective. Key words: Inferior vena cava filter; Catheter contact dissolution; Removal rate
