Method for obtaining unique number of user equipment in lte system and wireless access device therefor

PURPOSE: An identification number acquiring method of a communication terminal in an LTE(Long Term Evolution) system and wireless network connecting apparatus therefor are provided to offer additional services to a user by managing identification numbers of communication terminals. CONSTITUTION: An enodeb extracts an upper eight bits of MSIN(National Mobile Station Identity) in M-TMSI(MME-Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity) within an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection terminal(S407). The enodeb extracts the lower bit of MSIN in a communication terminal from the MME UE(User Equipment) within an initial context establishment request message(S419). The enodeb finally completes the MSIN by combing the lower bit with the upper bit of the MSIN(S421).
