In the given article the competitive advantages of the network form of the organization of economic interactions are presented. It is shown that within the limits of the network approach for compensation of the traditional and abolished organizationaladministrative principles a number of substitutes is developed, the main things from which are principles of network culture, reciprocity and, first of all, a climate of trust.
