Designing and Implementation of Checkpoint in Built-in-self-test for Software

In this paper,we discussed 3 strategies of implementation and the data structure of the checkpoint.The implementation procedure for set of checkpoint is given by using an example of branch-count() with LexYacc.Finally,a feasible proposal with 5 suggestions for how many checkpoints to be selected in testing is given for reference of further study.
