Provided is a multifunctional cutting oil composition including base oil or oily agent of 70 to 95 wt%, additives of 5 to 25 wt%, antioxidant of 0.2 to 3 wt%. The invention is characterized by properties in excellent lubricant, wear resistance, rust-proof performance. With a strong general usability and a convenience for use, the composition can be widely used in lubrication for heavy duty hash processes such as turning, drilling, grinding.
