Percolation processes and anomalous light scattering in ferroelectrics with a diffuse phase transition

Abstract An anomalous small-angle light scattering has been observed in ferroelectrics with a diffuse phase transition: lead scandium tantalate and lead scandium niobate crystals. The experimental data are discussed on the basis of percolation theory.
