Upper annular tire tread forming machine and method thereof

The invention relates to an upper annular tire tread forming machine and a method thereof, and provides integral type forming machine equipment and a process method adopting the expansion, sleeving and press fit of a mechanical tire tread so as to realize a mechanism and a method for uniform expansion of the annular tire tread along a radial direction to improve accuracy for coaxial sleeve of theannular tire tread and a tire body and prevent the phenomenon of tire tread deviation from occurring. The upper annular tire tread forming machine mainly comprises a mainframe, a sliding seat, a retaining ring, an expansion ring and a combination compression roller, wherein the mainframe is provided with a closed mainframe box and a bottom board; the inside of the mainframe box is provided with at least two groups of main shaft assemblies; a circular rim for bearing the tire body is sleeved on the outer end of each main shaft assembly; and one side of the vertical part of an expansion ring body of the expansion ring is provided with a plurality of support rods which are distributed along the periphery of the expansion ring body and are in axial connection, while the other side is providedwith a driving part which is connected with and drives the support rods to move along a radial direction so as to support the annular tire tread. The combination compression roller comprises a merge-joint compression roller from a rolling tire crown to a rolling tire side and multiple pieces of compression rollers of a rolling tire tread.
