Metastatic B-cell lymphoma of the cecum masquerading as Tolosa-Hunt syndrome§

Abstract Case report: Imaging studies of a 41-year-old man who had developed a painfSul unilateral ophthalmoplegia showed a mass involving the right cavernous sinus region.The systemic workup disclosed a B-cell lymphoma in the cecum. Comments: We report a case of metastatic cecum lymphoma masquerading as Tolosa-Hunt syndrome.
