Research on Low Carbon Logistics Network in Highway Port Mode

In view of the existing problems of "scattered, small, chaotic and poor" in the logistics industry, the model of logistics highway port came into being. In the implementation of logistics after the port model can really give the city's low-carbon logistics network to bring a good impact. This paper through the establishment of DEA model to complete the efficiency evaluation work. After the collection of Beijing 2008-2016 statistics, the use of DEAP2.1 software for longitudinal evaluation. By analyzing the evaluation results of the model, this paper analyzes the utilization rate of resources and the low energy consumption ability before and after the construction of the highway port in Beijing, and draws the conclusion that the highway port can bring about the favorable influence of the low carbon capacity of the regional logistics. Resource utilization, energy saving and emission reduction have obvious advantages.
