Electrochromic solutions and electrochromic devices

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the color fixation in an electrochromic solution containing a hydrazone. SOLUTION: This electrochromic solution contains anode compounds including a hydrazone compound, a cathode compound and a solvent, wherein the hydrazone compound has structural formula (I) (wherein R1 , R2 , R3 and R4 are each H, a 5-20C alkyl, a 2-20C alkenyl, a 2-20C alkynyl, or a 5-20C aryl, which may be nonsubstituted or selected from the group consisting of those selectively substituted by one or more kinds of esters, ethers, aryls, amines, thioesters, alkyls, alkoxies, alkenes, alkynes, CN, F, Cl, Br, I and/or organic functional metallocene groups.
