LDIC anaerobic reactor
2012
The utility model provides an LDIC anaerobic reactor, and is used for solving the problems of insufficient high-concentration wastewater treatment and low processing load of the existing anaerobic reactor. The LDIC anaerobic reactor comprises a reactor body, a water distributer, a gas-liquid separator and an inner circulating device, wherein the reactor body comprises a reaction chamber, a settling chamber, and a water outlet chamber; the reaction chamber comprises a first hollow cavity and is arranged at the bottom part of the reactor body; the settling chamber comprises a second hollow cavity, is arranged above the reaction chamber and connected with the reaction chamber through a first three-phase separator; the water outlet chamber comprises a third hollow cavity, is arranged above the settling chamber and communicated with the settling chamber through a second three-phase separator; the water distributer is arranged at the bottom part inside the reaction chamber and communicated with the reaction chamber; the gas-liquid separator is arranged above the water outlet chamber, and respectively communicated with the first three-phase separator and the second three-phase separator; a gas collecting pipe is arranged at the top part; and the inner circulating device is used for conveying the liquid separated by the gas-liquid separator to the water distributer again to distribute the water again. The anaerobic reactor is sufficient in organic wastewater treatment, high in processing load, and high in purity of the separated clean water and methane.
