Failure Fixing of FTTH Users Voice Service

FTTH(fiber to the home) is an application pattern increasingly promoted and expanded in domestic telecommunications industry in recent years.Through understanding the home wiring form of FTTH user,the principle,the network element and network topology,and the agreement of FTTH voice service,the telecommunications maintenance personnel could conveniently deal with various failures of FTTH user voice service.FTTH voice user is the broadband voice user in softswitch network,and its call is completed through H.248 protocol control of the softswitch network call control center SS.This paper cites some cases in tracking H.248 protocol messages and fixing the failure of FTTH user voice service.
