Synthetic method for asymmetric heteroaryl thioether

The invention discloses a synthetic method for asymmetric heteroaryl thioether. According to a technical scheme in the invention, a heteroaryl halide, an aminothioamide compound and alcohol are directly subjected to heating for a reaction in the absence of a catalyst so as to prepare an asymmetric heteroaryl thioether compound. Thus, the invention provides a green synthetic method for the asymmetric heteroaryl thioether compound prepared from the heteroaryl halide, the aminothioamide compound and alcohol without any catalyst. The method uses cheap, easily and widely available, stable and slightly toxic alcohol as an alkylation reagent, the common aminothioamide compound as a sulfur source and the cheap and easily available heteroaryl halide for direct reaction without any catalyst and solvent so as to synthesize the asymmetric heteroaryl thioether compound. The method is simple in reaction conditions, free of any solvent and easy to operate, does not need protection by inert gas and has low requirements on reaction conditions.
