Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Indolife Pensiontama Jakarta

This research was conducted to find out the effect of work placement on employee performance at PT. Indolife Pensiontama. The target population in this study is employees of PT. Indolife Pensiontama, with a total sample of 30 employee respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression which aims to measure the extent of the influence between one variable and another. In this study researchers also used the hypothesis test f and t (partial) conducted to examine the variables of work placement and employee performance. Based on the results of the Statistical Test using SPPS 19.0, the regression equation Y = 2.222 + 0.962X can be obtained. Based on the calculation of the correlation of 0.895 shows that employee performance is influenced by work placements of 89.5%, while the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other factors such as work environment conditions, existing facilities, compensation provided to employees and coworkers.
