The invention discloses a nutrition scale capable of transmitting weight information to a cloud terminal by utilizing bluetooth technology. The nutrition scale comprises a microprogrammed control unit (MCU) microprocessor, a data storage circuit, a bluetooth module, a display circuit and a button circuit. The button circuit sends instructions to start a kitchen scale, the MCU microprocessor receives the instructions to enter a weighing working condition and stores various weighed food data in the storage circuit, the various weighed food data are transmitted and output to a computer, a mobile phone upper computer performs classification statistic or curve and chart production on various food nutrient components such as fat, carbohydrate, cholesterol, fibers, salt, calories KCAL, proteins, and the upper computer sends the classification statistic or curve and chart production of the various food nutrient components to the cloud terminal to be processed. The nutrition scale capable of transmitting the weight information to the cloud terminal by utilizing the bluetooth technology has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate and ultralow in power consumption.
