Analysis of Relationship between Pollutant Concentration and Meteorological Factors in Mudanjiang City

The actual monitoring data of atmospheric pollutant(SO2,NO2 and PM10) concentrations in Mudanjiang City(2005—2011),as well as ground meteorological data and weather map data at the same period are used to analyze the relationship between pollutant concentrations and meteorological conditions.The results show that summer precipitation has certain impact on dilution of pollutants,the precipitation below 1.0 mm has no significant dilution effect on pollutants.When precipitation R≥10 mm,the precipitation has relatively larger dilution effect on pollutants,the reduction probability of some pollutants accounts more than 60%.When wind speed is less than 1 m/s,the pollutant concentration is obviously larger,the pollutant concentration in winter is 2 times higher than that in summer and autumn.
