High Level Teachers Turnover in Private University –Taking WDY College as an Example

The cultivation of teachers in Colleges and universities is directly related to the quality of the national talent pool. Therefore, colleges and universities are very concerned about the quality of teacher, especially the construction of high-level teachers, private colleges and universities are no exception. This paper takes the high-level teachers in WDY – a private university, as the research object. By using the methods of questionnaire survey and case analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of high level teacher's turnover and the influence factors of high-level teacher's turnover, and then puts forward corresponding solutions to solve the problems.
