Yarrabilba Community Hub measurement and evaluation framework

The Social Solutions research group, with partners from the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Queensland (UQ), was engaged by the Community Hubs and Partnerships (CHaPs) program in Queensland Government to provide targeted support to develop an outcomes-based approach to measurement and evaluation for the Yarrabilba Community Hub (YCH). The YCH endeavours to provide preventative, proactive, and responsive services to meet the current and future needs of the Yarrabilba community as part of a network of supports and services.  The Social Solutions research group devised a Measurement and Evaluation Framework, which will guide measurement and evaluation activities for the YCH once opened in 2022.
