Multicultural Food Design

2021 
This contribution presents an ongoing program of investigation on art and territory from the perspective of sustainable food. The researchers and artists involved have conducted surveys among the inhabitants of the Plaine Commune territory to explore their recipes, whether they refer to stories from childhood, from the present time or project us into the future. These recipes highlight the mix of culinary traditions and the diversity of their hybridizations according to people’s worlds of meaning.
