The invention relates to a method for preparing an antioxidant lycium ruthenicum extract, and the method comprises the following steps: taking lycium ruthenicum dry fruits as raw materials, carrying out water extraction, grinding in a colloid mill and high-pressure homogenization, further removing impurities by using a micro-filtration ceramic membrane, separating by macroporous resin, drying andobtaining the antioxidant lycium ruthenicum extract. The method adopts the combination of the water extraction, the high-pressure homogenization technology, membrane separation and the macroporous resin technology, thereby not only effectively reducing the production cost, shortening the extraction and separation time and reducing the energy consumption during the technological process, but also leading the obtained extract to have strong antioxidant ability and being used as the raw material for food-grade medical health care products.
