Organobentonite production method

The invention discloses an organobentonite production method which comprises the following steps: 1) pulping; 2) precipitating the slurry; 3) using a rotational flow desander for sand removal; 4) using a horizontal centrifuge to further filer solid impurities; 5) using a disc centrifuge for liquid-liquid separation to obtain concentrated sodium base montmorillonite seriflux; 6) measuring solid content; 7) adding sodium carbonate; 8) warming, adding sulphuric acid to adjust pH value, and insulating; 9) performing an organized covering reaction: adding white oil and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; 10) enabling the organobentonite to be separated from water by using a filter press; 11) drying over a fire. The organobentonite, prepared by the invention, has a finer dispersing grain diameter in the organic system and is suitable for both low and moderate polarity solvents and moderate and high polarity systems; when in use, the organobentonite is subjected to self-activation dispersion without addition of an activating agent, is not needed to be produced into pregel, can be added at any stage in the processing process, is not needed to be ground, and can be used in coating, requiring higher glossiness, such as finishing coat, wood lacquer and furniture lacquer.
