Automatic cleaning system and method of feeding pipeline of roaster

The invention relates to an automatic cleaning system and method of a feeding pipeline of a roaster. The automatic cleaning method is characterized in that a desalted water pipeline is additionally arranged on an existing feeding pipeline of a roaster, a circulation path of desalted water is formed by controlling opening and closing of corresponding valves, and therefore automatic cleaning of the feeding pipeline of the roaster is achieved. The automatic cleaning system and method of the feeding pipeline of the roaster have the advantages that when the system is shut down due to accidents, the automatic cleaning system can be started up instantly, so that the feeding pipeline of the roaster can be well maintained. In addition, the cleaning effect of the pipeline can be optimized by arranging a desalted water heating device. While solving the problems, the automatic cleaning procedures greatly reduce operations of the staff in the cleaning process, reduce pipeline equipment damage and save maintenance cost.
