A process for the production of sheet products from silicone rubber

The invention relates to a process for the production of sheet products from silicone rubber having a porous structure. the method being characterized for simplified processing and uniform pore structure that - a microsphere-silicone oil mixture of microspheres and silicone oil in a weight ratio of 10: 1 to 1:10 is generated, - a silicone rubber mixture is produced with the usual compounding ingredients, - the microspheres silicone oil mixture is mixed on a roll in the silicone rubber composition, - the silicone rubber mixture is calendered into sheets and - the webs are vulcanized.
