A Novel Synchronization Algorithm for MC-SS Based on Delay Locked Loop

Firstly a model for multi-carrier spread spectrum(MC-SS) is constituted,which consists of transmit and receive end.And the model is analyzed briefly.Aiming at symbol synchronization for MC-SS,a novel synchronization algorithm based on the structure of spread spectrum is proposed in this paper.The algorithm performs directly capture and tracking for time domain signal before fast Fourier transform(FFT) by using the time domain structure of MC-SS.The initialization synchronization location,where the algorithm obtains symbol synchronization,is captured by using multi-residence search,and then the precise tracking of phase is performed by using DLL(delay locked loop).The theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that this algorithm has superior synchronization performance and less system complexity.
