Data to support Superposition of intra- and inter-layer excitons in twistronic MoSe2/WSe2 bilayers probed by resonant Raman scattering

The experimental data here contributed to the paper entitled "Superposition of intra- and inter-layer excitons in twistronic MoSe2/WSe2 bilayers probed by resonant Raman scattering", in 2D Materials. DOI: 10.1088/2053-1583/abe778 The files in this repository contain: Reflectivity spectra measured for several MoSe2/WSe2 heterobilayers, a WSe2 monolayer and for references spectra taken on van der waals stacks containing hBN and Graphite. These spectra were measured at 4 K relative to the SiO2/Si substrate. Resonance Raman Data for monolayer WSe2 and four MoSe2/WSe2 Heterobilayers with twist angles of 57, 20, 6 and 60 degrees. All data was obtained using excitation energies from 2.05 to 2.25 eV at 4 K and is resonant with the WSe2 B1s exciton.
