Идиотипические механизмы регуляции развития аутоиммунной реакции в экспериментальной модели аутоиммунной гемолитической анемии у мышей

Autoimmune reaction accompanied by anemia in mice can be caused by immunization of foreign erythrocytes, but not auto-erythrocytes, that indicates the presence of negative idiotypic control of autoreactive anti-erythrocyte lymphocytes. The dependence of anti-erythrocyte antibody production on intensity of rheumatoid factor response indicates the participation of rheumatoid factor in the regulation of autoimmune response in hemolytic anemia in mice.
