Desenvolvimento de mudas de baru em resposta a diferentes volumes de tubetes e doses de adubo de liberação lenta

2020
The present work aimed to evaluate the production and quality of baru seedlings in response to different volumes of tubes and application of doses of Osmocote®. A randomized block design was used, with three replications, in a 3 x 5 factorial scheme, with three volumes of tubes (55, 180 and 280 cm3) and five doses of Osmocote® (0; 3.0; 6.0 ; 9.0 and 12.0 g dm-3), of Osmocote® MiniPrill Controlled Perform 19-06-10, with release of 3 to 4 months. Each experimental unit was verified by 10 seedlings. At 120 days height (H; cm), stem diameter (DC, mm), shoot dry matter (MSPA; g plant-1), root dry matter (MSR; g plant-1) and total drought (MST = MSPA + MSR; g plant-1), in addition to the H / DC, H / MSPA, MSPA / MSR and Dickson Quality Index (IQD) ratios. The 280 cm³ tube provided greater initial growth and dry mass production for the Dipteryx alata (Vogel) seedlings, providing a superior quality standard. The baru seedlings responded to the use of Osmocote® slow-release fertilizer, the best growth and quality standard at doses between 4.35 and 5.29 g dm-3.
