血浆PTH/PTHrP、钙离子浓度变化与胆囊胆固醇结石形成相关的研究

2010
Objective: By analyzing some ingredients in plasm of the experient conductor intends to further explore the formation mechanism, namely how Parathyroid Hormone (PTH), Parathyroid Hormone-related (PTHrP), Calcium ions in plasma or Calcium ions in gallbladder bile act to form the disease of cholesterol gallstone. Thus lay a theoretical basis for preventing and treating the disease in clinic. Methods: 45cases of gallbladder cholesterol gallstoneare selected randomly (male 10 and female 35). 35cases of healthy physical examination persons are selected randomly (male5andfemale30), 30cases of gallbladder polypiares elected randomly (male5andfemale25 ), PTH was measured by ELISA, PTHrP by RIA drugbox (DSL-8100), Ca(superscript 2+) in serumor Ca(superscript 2+) in gallbladder bile was measured by biochemical with theoperating instructions. None-cholesterol gallstones were eliminated from the cases of gallstones by chemical analysis. Amongst groups. Results: Srum Ca(superscript 2+) in gallstone group is more than thatin normal group significantly(P<0.05), serum PTH s less than that in the normal group PTH, PTHrP is respectively more than that PTHrP in the normal groug significantly (P<0.05). Compared with polypi group, Ca(superscript 2+) in gallstone group had a significant higher leve, more thanin polypi group. Conclusion: The formation of gallbladder cholesterol gallstone is concerned with the changes of concentration of some ingredients such as PTH, PTHrP, Ca(superscript 2+) in plasma in gallbladder cholesterol stone patients, which the changes have affected each other. PTH and PTHrP can be through the changes of Ca(superscript 2+) in patients' plasma, which result from the abnorm of gallbladder bile metabolism integrating with gallbladder contractility function and nucleus factors, all reasons could finally promote the formation of gallbladder cholesterol stones.
