Divided in a Dangerous World

In this introductory chapter, the editors identify the rationale for the volume and the changes in Canada, and its place in the world, since the last Canada Among Nations volume that reflected on a minority government, written in 2006 during Stephen Harper’s leadership. This chapter provides a description of the chapters that follow and explains how they fit into the thematic focus.
