The rotating wheel comprises a wheel main body, and a plurality of rollers; the rollers are mounted on the outer circumferential wall of the wheel main body at intervals along the circumferential direction of the wheel main body; the roller bodies of the rollers are arranged rotatably relative to the wheel main body, wherein skid-proof stripes are formed on the outer circumferential walls of the roller bodies; the rotating axis of each roller is perpendicular to the rotating axis of the wheel main body; the outer circumferential walls of the rollers protrude from the outer circumferential wall of the wheel main body. According to the rotating wheel provided by the invention, the problem that the movement flexibility of the chassis device of the robot in the prior art is poor is solved.
