Trichobezoarul la copil. Prezentare de caz

Trichobezoar is a concretion of ingested hair that forms at a certain level in the digestive tract with concomitant existence of a psychosomatic disorder in the respective patient. The risk of complications requires correct, rapid diagnosis and surgical intervention for extraction. The authors present a case of gastric trichobezoar in a teens with trichotillomania.
